Donate and buy used

Please consider donating and buying gently-used clothing, linens, and other cloth items to keep these out of the household waste we ship by rail to be incinerated.  You'll be helping others in our community and reducing costs of waste disposal for Dennis. 

Some thrift stores, such as the Furniture Barn next to the Fisherman’s House Thrift Shop and Restore in South Yarmouth, also appreciate furniture donations.  You can contact them for pickup service.  There is a fee to dispose of furniture at the Dennis Transfer Station.  It goes with construction and demolition waste and is sent by rail to be landfilled.  Click here Version OptionsDonate and buy usedHeadline  Version OptionsDonate and buy usedHeadlinefor a list of area thrift stores.
