NOTICE TO DENNIS TAXPAYERS

The Town of Dennis Board of Assessors is completing the Fiscal Year 2026 Revaluation as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 56 to achieve full and fair cash value. The Assessors have received Preliminary Certification from the Mass. Department of Revenue. The proposed assessed values reflected the estimated market value of properties as of January 1, 2025 based on sales in calendar years 2023 and 2024. The revaluation resulted in typical value increases of approximately 3%.

The FY2026 assessments are available on the website www.town.dennis.ma.us The dates and times for this disclosure period are November 3, 2025 to November 7, 2025.

Revisions to parcel data may be made during the public disclosure period. After that time, values will be set and submitted to the Department of Revenue for final certification.
